At University Co-op, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion apparel or accessories, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your unworn items with original tags into the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
